Overview

This guide walks you through the process of adding a Blog to the Website.

Step 01 - Google Drive

Create a sub-folder in the Blogs Google Drive for the new blog you are going to write. Use the following naming convention for the folder:

YY-MM-DD - Blog Name (example - 23-11-01 - Benefits of CellSound)

Step 02 - Write The Blog

The first thing that needs to be done is to write the Blog. We have prepared a template you can use that has all of the fields that you need to make sure are completed before the blog is submitted. You can access the template by clicking hereMAKE SURE YOU MAKE A COPY OF THIS TEMPLATE BEFORE YOU START WRITING! Move the copy you created into the Blog folder you created in Step 01

You also need to create the graphics for the Blog. You can download the graphics template here.

Step 03 - Grammar and Plagiarism Check

After you have written the Blog, run it through a program like Grammerly to check spelling, punctuation, and grammar for the  Blog. Grammarly also has a plagiarism check feature. Run it through that, download the report and upload it to the Google Drive folder you created in Step 01.

Step 04 - Blog Approval

After you have written the Blog, submit it to the CellSound Executive team for approval.

Step 05 - Upload Graphics to Google Drive

Make sure you upload the all the graphic files to the Google Drive folder you created so the assets are easy to find. Include the original Stock Photo if a stock photo is being used.
