This guide walks you through the information that is needed and the process steps to add a new Clinic to the CellSound website and backstage Hub.
Creating A Clinic In backstage Hub & Display On CellSound Website
The first thing you need to do is collect the Clinic information and get the Photos needed for display on the CellSound Website. To access the forms used to collect the Clinic information, you can find them in this Google Drive.
The primary steps to creating a clinic are:
Clinic fills out a Google Doc with their location information
Clinic sends the images they want used on the CellSound Website
Ideation Rep formats the images to the correct size and creates the Open Graph image
Ideation Rep fills out the Online Clinic Form, this triggers the automation that creates the Clinic in backstage Hub and creates the CellSound website page
Automated Ideation Team Email with the Clinic information
Add to Webflow Lead Forms
Add Location to CellSound Website Leads Google Sheet
Create Zap to send Leads to Clinic email
Update Airtable Database Set-up Fields

This form is for clinics that only need to have a backstage Hub account created and to display the clinic on the CellSound Website. MAKE A COPY OF THIS FORM and RENAME THE FORM WITH THE CLINIC NAME before you share this form with the Clinic to fill out.
2 - 3) Images Needed for Display on the CellSound Website
In order to display the clinic on the CellSound Website, there are 4 images needed:
Clinic Logo (350 x 180 px) svg,png
Location Image (1080 x 1080 px) - select the image that best represent the business - jpeg, png
Representative Profile Image (1080 x 1080 px) - select an image that shows the upper part of the body, preferably on a light colored backsground- jpeg, png
Open Graph Image (1200 x 630 px) - this is a backend image that is displayed when the link for the clinic's website address is shared - jpeg - Templates:Adobe Illustrator / Canva
Before & After Images (Optional)
I highly recommend you get the photos together before you fill out the Clinic Form to create the backstage Hub/Web Page. This will save you time in having to go back and add the images later.
4) Create Clinic in backstage Hub & Website Form
Once the client has filled out the Google Doc Form and you have gathered the images needed for the Website, now it is time to actually create the Clinic in backstage Hub & display on the CellSound Website.
Creating the backstage Hub clinic and Website page is an automated process from this form. There will be an email sent out to the Ideation Team with the Clinic Info once the automation is completed. Here is an example of the email that goes out.
5) Automated Ideation Team Email with the Clinic information
Once the Zap is completed, the Ideation Team will receive an email with the information about the backstage Hub / CellSound Website page created.
